* Shipping
All orders are shipped using First Class USPS.
All orders include a confirmation number. This will allow you to track and confirm shipping of your order.
We currently only ship orders which are processed online within the Continental United States.
Only certain orders are available to ship to Canada. If you are interested in placing an order to ship to Canada, please call for details.
All paid orders are normally shipped within 2 business days.
You can expect to receive your order within 2 - 5 business days for U.S shipping.

* Returns / Warranty
Upon receipt of your order that you are not happy with, please call us immediately.
Items must be returned within 7 days of order receipt and in new - unopened - unused condition. Please note: any signs of use will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on the item being returned, a store credit may be issued only.
Please contact us before returning any item you are not satisfied with.
Manufacturer Warranty: We do not Warranty Manufacturer defects. Each Manufacturer offers their own Paddle Warranty and can be found directly on their website, or calling them direct.
