How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

What is your return policy?
Upon receipt of your order that you are not happy with, please call us immediately.
Items must be returned within 7 days of order receipt and in new - unopened - unused condition. Please note: any signs of use will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on the item being returned, a store credit may be issued only.
Please contact us before returning any item you are not satisfied with.
Manufacturer Warranty: We do not Warranty Manufacturer defects. Each Manufacturer offers their own Paddle Warranty and can be found directly on their website, or calling them direct.

When will my order ship?
Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days. Please consider weekends, holidays and unforeseen delays.

Orders shipping within the United States may be processed through our online store. Shipping to Canada orders must be processed by calling 248-956-0336.

All payment transactions are processed via PayPal.

A PayPal account is not required to complete your purchase. At the end of the checkout process, you will be given the option to pay without a PayPal account or use an existing PayPal account to pay for your order.
We currently do not accept Checks, Money Orders or Purchase Orders.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

How do I place an order?
We tried to make the site easy to navigate and find products you may be interested in.
When you find an item you would like to order, click the "Add to Cart" button.
Your shopping cart allows you to verify, delete and change quantities of items you added to your cart. From your shopping cart, click "Proceed to Secure Checkout" when you're ready to complete your order.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a "New Account" or Sign In to your existing account. All account information collected on this website is protected using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer Encryption.
Creating an account will allow you to track an orders status and add additional "Shipping" addresses. ...perfect for gift giving!
PayPal processes all payment transactions. Not to worry... PayPal will accept and process your payment without an account. You may also use your existing PayPal account to complete your payment.

What shipping service do you use?
All United States orders are normally shipped using First Class United States Postal Service. Orders may also be upgraded to Priority Shipping at our discretion without notice. United States orders will include a Shipping Confirmation number to track and confirm orders for shipping. Please allow 2 - 5 days for shipping to U.S.
Canada orders are shipped using First Class International United States Postal Service. Orders to Canada will include a Customs number. Customs numbers are only used to verify an order was shipped, and does not allow for tracking. Tracking numbers are not available for orders shipping to Canada. Please allow 5 - 10 days for orders shipping to Canada.

Do you ship to a "General Delivery"?
Yes. We can ship to General Delivery. Be sure to check with the post office where you would like the order shipped to and verify they accept General Delivery.
You can add up to 5 shipping address in your account. Simply add any address to your "Shipping" address book in your account.
